Reviews of Love and Freedom
I was drawn in to this story from page one. Martyn is delicious and Honor is generous as well as brave. Their lives are on such different paths that it seems impossible for there to ever be anything between them. Both come from complex families and each have issues they need to deal with culminating in twists and turns that I had no idea were coming and kept me reading until 1.30am … – Novelicious Read full review here
As the identity of Honor's mother and the full reasons for her flight from America are revealed Love and Freedom comes to a dramatic conclusion which had me turning the pages as fast as I could. A good summer read for those looking for a mix of romance and drama with a delicious hero! I loved the fact that this novel is set at the good old English seaside and kept me guessing as I read. I'll look forward to reading more from Sue Moorcroft in the future! -One More Page Read full review here

Reviews of Want to Know a Secret? Moorcroft develops her characters very well and always has a twist up her sleeve when the plot starts to follow a well-worn path. All that Mullarkey
Revenge and love: it's a thin line... The writing's on the wall for Cleo and Gav. The bedroom wall, to be precise. And it says 'This marriage is over.' Wounded and furious, Cleo embarks on a night out with the girls, which turns into a glorious one night stand with... Justin, centrefold material and irrepressibly irresponsible.
He loves a little wildness in a woman and he's in the right place at the right time to enjoy Cleo's. But it's Cleo who has to pick up the pieces of a marriage based on a lie and the lasting repercussions of that night. Torn between laid-back Justin and control freak Gav, she's a free spirit that life is trying to tie down. But the rewards are worth it!
Reviews of All that Mullarkey
If you're looking for a really good, heart-warming read then this is your book. It's wonderfully well written, with characters who stay with you long after you've finished reading. The story is very believable and you just have to keep reading to find out what happens. Highly recommended. -The Bookbag. Read full review here
I read this book in one sitting and couldn't put it down. I was thrilled to find Sue Moorcroft had written another gorgeous hero to rival Ratty in her previous novel, Starting Over. This is an excellent story full of twists and turns that will keep the reader riveted from the first page right until the satisfying conclusion. -Novelicious Read full review here
All That Mullarkey is a prime example of how a hunky hero is nothing without a strong female lead. Mullarkey's sparky Cleo is neither too beautiful nor too brilliant, but a likeable everywoman whose long-awaited triumph feels like the readers own. – Mslexia Magazine
Starting Over
New home, new friends, new love. Can starting over be that simple? Tess Riddell reckons her beloved Freelander is more reliable than any man - especially her ex-fianc, Olly Gray.
She's moving on from her old life and into the perfect cottage in the country. Miles Rattenbury's passions? Old cars and new women! Romance? He's into fun rather than commitment. When Tess crashes the Freelander into his breakdown truck, they find that they're nearly neighbours yet worlds apart. Despite her overprotective parents and a suddenly attentive Olly, she discovers the joys of village life and even forms an unlikely friendship with Miles. Then, just as their relationship develops into something deeper, an old flame comes looking for him … Is their love strong enough to overcome the past? Or will it take more than either of them is prepared to give?
Reviews of Starting Over
Moorcroft writes a thoroughly engaging, utterly believable, occasionally moving, often funny tale; with just the right amount of sauciness where some over spice, Moorcroft gets the balance spot on … with Starting Over, you get the sense that the blossoming relationship in all its little foibles, nuances and problems is the real core of the novel. Starting Over is pure self-indulgence. And maybe it was just me, but don't worry if you shed a little tear at the end, we won't tell if you don't. – The Truth About Books Read full review here

Uphill All the Way
When 51 year old Judith lost Giorgio, she lost her life in Malta - joy, love, her income, her own space, and her circle of friends. She even lost the view from her sun-warmed balcony of the sparkling blue waters of Sliema Creek. And, she discovered, she'd lost most of her money, too.
What she gained, back in England, was a bed in her sister's spare room in chilly Northamptonshire where she'd been brought up, and a whole host of difficulties and family problems. But a road that's uphill all the way can bring exhilarating views. It can be fulfilling, too, and a lot easier when you find someone who wants to travel it with you.
… this is a book about hope, about rebuilding your life after a loss – and it does a very good job of reminding that even a second chance at life is never the last chance. -Vulpes Libres Read full review here
I read it in just three evenings, finding it hard to put down once I had started. I felt involved with several of the characters, particularly Judith … I felt the setting of Malta was warm and believable rather than researched. -The Bookbag Read full review here
Love Writing Love sells and sex sells and you can make money writing about them for novels, novellas, short stories and serials for magazines, anthologies and websites. This book holds the secrets of how.
As well as drawing on my experience as a fiction writer and creative writing tutor, I've included questions from aspiring writers – with illuminating responses from published writers and industry experts.
Romantic fiction encompasses everything from romances to chart-topping chic lit and romantic comedies, through gritty sagas, sweeping historicals and smouldering erotica to liver-twisting affairs with vampires. Bright, emotional, involving, intelligent storytelling about love and desire.
Do you want to know how to create emotional punch? (Or even what emotional punch is?) How to control dual time lines? Spring your work out of the slush pile? Write a tender love-scene without the 'pass the puke-bucket' effect kicking in?
